Delicious

As I write this, I drink a milkshake puffed with so many calories, Jenny Craige would probably rather feast on a dozen of Krispy Kremes. A simple shake with Breyer's in the Black Box vanilla bean ice cream (about on cup...maybe 120 calories to 1/2 cup), one Snickers bar (210 calories?), and some milk. Now, it may not seem much, but coming from someone who has already today eaten a bowl of beef stew where the bowl was filled past the brim with pasta and a bread stick on the side, this may have an affect in the long run. Even so, it is easily THE MOST delicious milkshake I have ever made. Sorry to say, I don't have anymore vanilla extract (used it on someother food project) nor did I think to add some dutch cocoa which would have made for a luciferistic treat. Preparation was a little difficult considering the blender is many years old (perhaps 15?) and the Snickers bar was frozen into a chocolate, caramel, peanut rock. I first tried to "blend" this unbreakable chocolate bar without forcing a butcher knife through various sections of it. Of course, it nearly burnt out the motor before I realized it would need to be cut up. This was danergous in itself...chopping a rock-of-a-Snickers on a non-flat porcelain plate.
